1/ Discover
In order to meet your expectations, we take the time to listen to your objectives, we ask a lot of questions to understand what are your current challenges, we build up a good understanding of your needs.
This can take place by phone, meeting, video conferencing, e-mail, ...
2/ Propose
Based on the exchanged information, we provide a written document, answering your questions, offering a clear/detailed view on the accompaniment programme.
3/ Fine-tune
During an intake, the project leader, team manager and the Mentally Fit Coach run through the objectives, the expectations, the approach, the content,... and agree on the project approach.
4/ Zero-measurement
Prior to the accompaniment, we have a zero-measurement, allowing us to measure the evolution, ther impact of the accompaniment
5/ Animate / facilitate / teach
Depending on the objectives, we animate the session / a combination of sessions in the most efficient format / sequence of formats for your project.
6/ Measurement
During or after the accompaniment, we measure the impact to quantify the evolution that's been made, the impact of our accompaniment program.
7/ Debrief
After the accompaniment, the Project Leader, Team Manager and Mentally Fit Coach evaluate the project and provide feedback / support where needed.
Remark:
The selection of the coach for the project depends on different elements:
> The required expertise level (Junior Coach, Business Coach, Executive Coach, Top Executive Coach)
> The profile of the coached person / coached team (age, gender, educational background, functions)
> Our ethical code (the same coach cannot perform pure strategic work in 2 competing companies)
> The intervention topic
> The intervention type
