The Mentally Fit Group
The Mentally Fit Institute is an international training and coaching cabinet. Their headquarters are located in Belgium. It has affiliates in France, Germany, Luxemburg and The Netherlands.
Originating from the world of sports, the Mentally Fit program contributes positively to the human performance in a wide range of domains: whether it’s in sports, corporate, academic, or artistic environments, the development of the human potential relies on the same essential, natural and universal mechanisms
In all 4 expertise lines (sports, corporate, academic and artistic), MFI is active for:
- individuals and teams
- young potentials and senior confirmed talents
- small, medium and international enterprises in Belgium, in Europe and worldwide.
Mentally Fit started in the year 2000. Ever Since there Mentally Fit has invested in the development of new coaching tools that are simple and efficient and -moreover- universally applicable.
With sports terrains as an enormous laboratory to improve human performance, Mentally fit has developped a coherent and consistent approach that inspires all people to stimulate their Individual Energy and their Team Dynamics (Energy Management, Change, Enthusiasm, Talent, ... ).

In 2012, the Mentally Fit Institute will start their Mental Coaching School (MCS), a unique opportunity for coaches, team leaders, managers, individual and team performers to learn all the Mentally Fit coaching tools and coaching techniques.
