" Je souhaitais vous remercier pour ces deux jours de training qui m'ont permis de mettre un peu d'ordre dans mes idées.
En effet, avant cela, je pensais être noyée dans un tas d'habitudes et d'événements sur lesquels je n'avais aucune emprise.

« Moest u er nog aan twijfelen : de cursus die we de afgelopen 2 dagen gekregen hebben, is de cursus waar ik (en nog heel wat andere collega's) heel veel aan gehad hebben waarvoor mijn dank.
Het gaf ons, maar vooral ook mij, een dieper inzicht in onszelf en in de dingen waar we mee bezig zijn.  In onze job is het zeer frequent om u te laten leven, wij zijn getraind om klanten te dienen maar vergeten in de eerste plaats soms om ons eigen te dienen.  Geen twijfel mogelijk, ik doe mijn job met volle overgave en met veel plezier maar soms vergeet ik de basis, het 'hier en nu'.
We zijn allemaal naar huis gereden met het gevoel van 'het kan anders' zonder het belang van de bank uit het oog te verliezen maar vooral zonder ons eigen belang uit het oog te verliezen! Bedankt om ons letterlijk en figuurlijk terug met beide voetjes op de grond te brengen, connecteren geloof ik?
Combinatie van grote vermogens, stress, concurrentie en prestatiedruk maakt ons soms tot robotten en wat nog erger is : allemaal dezelfde robotten!  Ik wil nog altijd het verschil kunnen maken binnen de bank en naar mijn klant toe, deze cursus zal mij hier zeker mee helpen. »
