The fighting spirit of Dominique Monami became famous and has largely crossed the borders, since Dominique was the first Belgian lady to be ranked in the world’s top ten of the women’s tennis ( nr 9 of the world). This is due to her willpower and her desire to constantly surpass.

Dominique joined the mentally Fit Institute in 2004. She has excellent communication skills, her passion and enthusiasm create a dynamic atmosphere during the conferences, the coaching-sessions, and team-buildings.

Her book “ All is in the character” ( Lannoo 2007) is a deep testimony of her top-sports’ life experience. This work has been completed by Alain Goudsmet’s analysis and mentions number of useful hints for stress undergoing organizations.
