Medal at the Euro

Silver for the young Hockey

The hockey teams for under 16’s (U16) won the silver medal at the European Championships.

Both the boy’s and girl’s teams reached the final of the European Championship.

The girls lost their final against the Netherlands in Valencia. The boys also met the Netherlands in Vienna, and their game ended in a draw (2-2). At the penalty shoot-outs, the boys narrowly failed to win by 5-4.

The mental coaching of both teams was assigned to two experts at Mentally Fit: Ann Simons brought the girls to the top, and Xavier Rouget inspired the boys to succeed.
