Mentally Fit and the WRT

After winning last year's Total 24 Hours of Spa and Blancpain Endurance Series on the European scene, the Belgian WRT team was selected by Audi to represent ‘the brand with the rings’ in the FIA World Championship for GT cars. As part of their preparation for this new challenge at the supreme level, the WRT team asked for
Véronique Liesse, Coach at Mentally Fit to organize and host a three-day team building.
This novel approach for a car racing team provided very positive effects. Faced with Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, BMW and McLaren, the two Audi R8 LMS Ultra of the Belgian team did a splendid overtake in the first round of the championship, firmly placing themselves in the World rankings. With the competitors going to Moscow, China and India, the season will long and grueling. No doubt the "pit stops" and coaching sessions will be very useful to members of the WRT team in order to establish high performances in these first results!
Alain Goudsmet to the OG
The Women's National Field Hockey team have qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games.
They participated in a qualifying tournament featuring six teams, in which as the winner they received the only qualifying ticket for London.
After an impressive track record in the pools, the Red Panthers beat Ireland 4-1 in the final. This is the first time that a Belgian Women's team have qualified for the Olympic Games.
Alain Goudsmet is the Mental Coach of this team, and it is for him a remarkable second success, after the qualification of the Men’s Hockey team in Manchester in 2007.
Mentally Fit support Laura and Kim

The Mentally Fit Institute supports initiatives that appeal to the mental capacities. Laura Lacourt and Kathy Becker are taking part in the Rally 4L, and in this journey they will face many unexpected difficulties.
Self-development involves the mind and these two sporting girls (they both play hockey in the elite category for their age) will need a good dose of tenacity to overcome obstacles in this rally.
Good luck to Laura and Kim
