" The Corporate Athlete "
How optimising the management of our physical, mental and emotional battery under pressure in order to balance wellbeing with performance or exploit?
Delay, pressure, emergencies, stress... nowadays, not only machines crash, but also people !
To keep this rhythm going without any human damage, one must reinforce his physical, mental and emotional batteries.
Acting on the human potential in order to optimise his capacities faced with increasing pressure: this modern and innovatory vision on the human being allows us to consider and train people as “corporate athletes”.
• How to channel personal energy differently and how to deal with pressure in a better way to reach a common objective.
• Revitalizing the 3 human body batteries: mental, emotional and physical.
• How to restore your energy supply and grow towards individual and team excellence.
• How to charge your human potential on the 3 axis: IQ, EQ and PhQ (physical quotient).
