It’s a perspective Viviane has got from her broad economic background and her years of international experience in sales, marketing, HR and management. She combines it with the specific coaching applications of the world of sports that inspired Mentally Fit Institute. She completes this knowhow with trainings like MBTI and Insights.
Among other, Viviane is specialized in career guidance and executive coaching of managers and management teams within complex, international environments. Her interest for interpersonal and intercultural differences brought assignments and recognition in many European countries, and in a.o. Russia and Morocco.
She joined the Mentally Fit Institute in 2005, where she combines two functions: her individual and collective coaching sessions, along with a commercial responsibility towards partners and key accounts. She also became acquainted in the academic world on matters of coaching, change, talent, etc.
