Medical Doctor, specialized in psychosomatic diseases, Michèle Dauwe instils her medical experience and her scientific accuracy in our teaching programs. Since 2000 active at the Mentally fit Institute, her seminars and her talented way to expose, have clarified the interaction between body, heart and mind. Michèle Dauwe co-wrote the book “Management Assistant”, with two other colleagues of the Mentally Fit Institute. In this literature to the attention of the director’s assistants , she shares simple and practical guidelines in stress-management and preserving of physical, emotional and mental batteries.
